Your First Visit

Our office strives to make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible on your very first visit. We realize it is a new and different place, but we hope to become your “favorite office” for the future.
When you arrive for your first appointment you will be asked to complete several forms that will help us get to know you and help acquaint you with our office. Our forms are available for you to download here.
Please bring the completed forms to our front office team on your first visit.
During you first appointment, we will do a cleaning, necessary x-rays and a thorough examination. If your first visit is a dental emergency, the emergency will be addressed promptly with a follow up appointment , if necessary.

Financial Information
Marcus Dental Care has several options for payment including cash, check, money orders, major insurance, Visa and Mastercard.
We participate with Care Credit, a low or no interest third party payment company. We will also work with you to make short term payment arrangements to fit your budget and time constraints for treatment.
We want to help you with your financial arrangements, not make it a hardship for you.
We will be as helpful as possible within the parameters of sound business practices.
We are in network with Delta Dental Premiere insurance plans. We are happy to assist you with Delta to make dental insurance a smooth process.
